It’s important that you choose a personal trainer that you feel comfortable with, and that you can trust. I would love an opportunity to introduce myself and answer any questions you have about my coaching philosophy, before you make a commitment to one of our session bundles.

Review and Learn

I will also provide you with customized video clips of exercise routines and detailed tips on correct executions that you can reference when working out on your own. For clients who participate in Remote Training via Zoom, I will send you video clips from your session with training tips, so you can review and practice them at your own time.

One-on-one coaching

The first step in our journey together is to identify your fitness objectives and do a physical and movement assessment. I will then customize a workout program that evolves to keep challenging your body while avoiding risk of injury, boredom or plateauing in your fitness progression.

2 Complimentary Sessions

I also offer 2 complimentary sessions before signing onto Daily Flex so you can experience first-hand if a remote/at-home training with me is right for you.
